Terms of Service

1. What Follo is

Follo converts conversations you deliberately send to it (text, email, images, documents, voice notes, WhatsApp messages) into structured, trackable commitments, and helps you follow them to a verified outcome. Follo is currently offered as an early-access service.

2. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the activity in your account and workspace, for the accuracy of the content you submit, and for having the right to share the conversations you send to Follo. Guest links you create give the recipient access to a single commitment; treat those links like keys.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Follo to harass people, to process content you have no right to process, or to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. AI-generated proposals

Commitment proposals are produced by AI and are always subject to your confirmation. You decide what becomes a commitment. Follo does not act on unconfirmed extractions.

5. Early access, warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Pricing

Follo is free during early access. If and when paid plans are introduced, you will be informed clearly in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

7. Ending things

You can stop using Follo at any time and request deletion of your workspace and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may change or discontinue features during early access; if we ever discontinue the service, you will get reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

8. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the product matures and note the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
