The thesis

Task managers require everyone to adopt a tool. Follo meets people where the agreement actually happens — the chat — and asks nothing of the other side but a tap on a link. Every captured commitment becomes structured data: who promised what, to whom, by when, and whether it was provably delivered. At scale, that is an execution-trust graph for the informal economy — infrastructure, not an app.
