The counterpart needs no account — a secure link is enough — which makes every commitment a doorway for the next user.

Reliable AI extraction is the unlock. Structuring "the AC guy said Tuesday" into an owner, a deadline, and success criteria used to require a form nobody filled in. Now it requires pasting a message. The interface cost of accountability just collapsed — the infrastructure for it hasn’t been built yet. That is the opening.
