What we collect

Account data (email, name), workspace data (people you add, their contact details you provide), and the content you deliberately send to Follo: pasted text, forwarded messages, screenshots, documents, voice notes and WhatsApp messages sent to the Follo number. We also keep an audit trail of commitment activity — that trail is the product.

What we never do

Follo cannot read your private WhatsApp inbox — it only receives what you deliberately send or forward to it. Your content is never used to train AI models. We don't sell your data. Guests see only the single commitment shared with them.

How content is processed

To extract commitments, the content you submit is processed by AI models via our infrastructure providers, acting as processors on our behalf. Files are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links. Our processors include our hosting/database provider (Supabase infrastructure via Lovable Cloud), an AI gateway for extraction, and Twilio for WhatsApp message delivery.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deleting a source conversation removes its content; deleting your workspace removes everything. To exercise any right, write to the contact below — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP).

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your workspace exists. Raw provider webhook events used for debugging are periodically pruned.
